Oxtail Fried Rice

(served with beef bone broth)

We start by braising oxtail in our pho broth for six hours until the meat is "fall off the bone" tender and loaded with traditional pho flavors. The oxtail meat is pan fried to perfection with jasmine white rice and sweet onions. Served with sliced cucumbers and pickled carrots. *featured on "Eat This Now", OC Weekly.
